Cancellation Policy
## CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
A minimum of **48 hours’ notice is required** for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of **100% of the scheduled service total** to the card on file.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A **14-minute grace period** is provided. If you have not arrived by **15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time**, your appointment will be considered a **late cancellation**, will be canceled, and your card on file will be charged **100% of the scheduled service total**.
**No-call/no-show appointments will result in a 100% charge** of the scheduled service total.
